We’ve known about Kaido flying by grabbing clouds for a while now through an SBS, and Momo flies in the same way. So if Kaido is the real deal, Momo’s fruit could be the Zoan version of whatever creature Kaido is.

Also, calling it now: Sanji is gonna use Okama Kenpo to “fight like a woman” and kick Black Marias ass! (If she isn’t a spy)

I’ve had the dragon theory for a while… in my version Uranus (god of the sky) has similar powers to Poseidon (god of the sea): To control “Sky Kings”, instead of Sea Kings. Sky Kings obviously referring to Dragons.
Pluton (God of Death) is the only man-made weapon and was created to compete with/ destroy the other “natural” weapons. It was used to wipe out all dragons except for Kaido who survived due to his devil fruit, which is the strongest defensive fruit to contrast Whitebeards strongest offense.

He became depressed since he failed in protecting the wielder of Uranus and because he lost his kin. When the next heir to Uranus was about to be born he returned to Wano. Uranus is supposed to be a conqueror, which is why the Kozuki Clan closed Wanos borders – to protect the world from its power, but Momo was weak so Kaido was disappointed. He decided to take matters into his own claws and prepared for the biggest war in history by attempting to rebuild the ranks of dragons using artificial DF (what Momo ate). Instead of directly creating artificial dragons like the WG attempted to (dragons on Punk Hazard), he wanted fruits to give to people who are already strong. Since Zoans amplify the natural power of creatures, he wanted to give them to cloned Ancient Giants, the ones that failed and ended up being the Numbers instead (or maybe the numbers actually do all have dragon fruits in a big reveal later).

This is also where Yamatos devotion to the Kozukis and Momo comes from. She is a dragon and thus a protector of Momo who wields Uranus.

Maybe Kaido has even been trying to awaken Momos powers by doing all this terrible stuff to him, his father and Wano.

I think your theory is only half right. After all, if Kaido is a dragon, then Yamato is at least half dragon too. They both can’t have oni df’s to have human form, so I think Dragon’s just naturally have the ability to assume human form and Kaido simply doesn’t have a DF.

Sorry if it’s already been mentioned but I have a crazy theory. I believe everyone is starting to believe that both Kaido and Yamato are dragons, and that Kaido might have eaten an Oni Mythical Zoan fruit. What if Yamato also has Oni blood from Kaido’s devil fruit? I don’t believe we’ve ever seen an offspring of a Zoan fruit user in the series before?
