Apis form warship island arc has also one of the most nerfed devil fruit, because she har devil fruit named “hiso-hiso no mi” which allows her to talk to any creature. That means she has “voice of all thing” means she is already greater then Shirahoshi who can only talk to sea kings while apis can realy every creature land and water and Apis can also talk to Zunisha without any headach unlike momo. Oda had already given us one of the most power full devil fruit in the very begning of one piece.

If it’s anywhere close to how the demon is in myth then this could potentially be one of the strongest devil fruit if used right, sadly it’s original owner was a coward and an idiot

I don’t get it how is the number for so strong I mean having to cut off someone’s head nine times seems like it would be pretty hard but if your opponent’s good enough to cut off one there’s no reason why they couldn’t cut off 9 and at the same time it’s all you could regrow them so if you get in a lot of fights wouldn’t you still be sreeed
