If I were the showrunners, season 2 will start with entering the grand line, and end with the battle of Alabasta. That means Vivi spans the whole of season 2 and the season finale gets to be this huge epic battle and Vivi saying goodbye.
I just want to see that arc in movie form <3

Of my favorite shonen anime adaptations, I think One Piece & Yu Yu Hakusho (dub) are my favorite

I only got into One Piece recently (trying to fill the void that catching up to Conan left in my life) and I’m slowly coming up on episode 100. It’s… ok. The characters are likeable and the worldbuilding is interesting. I’m told it gets better over time, so we’ll see.

As far as live action adaptations look, this is probably the best I’ve seen since the Rurouni Kenshin movies. Hopefully they stay true to the source material. <3
